Data deletion instructions
You can disconnect a social account, delete specific content, or request deletion of your entire Slobi account and associated personal data.
Delete or disconnect connected-platform data
- Sign in to Slobi and open Studio > Connections.
- Select the connected TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Threads, YouTube, Meta, or other account.
- Choose Disconnect and confirm.
- Slobi will attempt provider token revocation, remove locally stored encrypted tokens, and stop future synchronisation.
- You may also revoke Slobi from the connected-app or security settings inside the provider itself.
Request complete account deletion
Email support@slobi.link from the email address associated with your account. Use the subject Delete my Slobi account and include your Slobi username. Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment-card details, or government identification unless we specifically request a secure verification method.
We will acknowledge the request, verify account ownership, disconnect linked providers, and begin deletion. We generally complete verified requests within 30 days, unless applicable law requires a different period or the request is unusually complex.
What deletion covers
- Account profile, biography, links, themes, settings, and non-required identifiers.
- Creator Studio prompts, drafts, plans, research, generated artifacts, approvals, and workspace data.
- Connected-account identifiers, imported platform content, synchronised analytics, and encrypted access or refresh tokens.
- Uploaded product and media files that are not required to fulfil an outstanding purchase or dispute.
- Marketing preferences and data no longer needed for security or legal obligations.
Data we may retain
Deletion is not absolute where retention is required or permitted for payment records, tax and accounting, completed purchases, refunds, chargebacks, fraud prevention, security logs, legal claims, regulatory requests, or enforcement. Retained data is limited, access-restricted, and not used for unrelated marketing. De-identified statistics that cannot reasonably identify you may remain.
Residual copies may remain in encrypted backups until normal rotation completes. Public pages and active content are removed first, but search engines and third-party caches control their own refresh schedules.
Customer purchases
Deleting a creator account does not automatically erase records belonging to customers or remove a customer's lawful access to a completed purchase. We may preserve minimum transaction and delivery records to protect both parties and meet legal obligations.
