Acceptable Use Policy
These rules protect Slobi users, customers, connected platforms, and the public. They apply to all content, products, messages, automations, AI features, and API use.
You may not use Slobi to
- Break the law, facilitate crime, evade sanctions, launder money, or defraud any person.
- Exploit, sexualise, groom, endanger, or collect inappropriate information from children.
- Threaten, harass, stalk, discriminate, incite violence, or promote hateful conduct.
- Sell illegal, stolen, unsafe, counterfeit, infringing, or deceptively described products.
- Publish malware, phishing, credential theft, spam, deceptive redirects, or harmful code.
- Impersonate another person or organisation, manipulate engagement, or misrepresent AI-generated or sponsored content where disclosure is required.
- Infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights.
- Scrape, access, message, or publish through a platform in violation of its terms, permissions, rate limits, robots controls, or user consent.
- Attempt to bypass security, probe systems without permission, interfere with availability, reverse engineer protected components, or obtain another user's data.
- Use AI to generate prohibited sexual content, targeted deception, malicious code, unlawful surveillance, or high-impact decisions without appropriate human review.
Messaging and publishing
Only contact people where you have a lawful basis and honour opt-outs promptly. Automated or scheduled posts must remain within provider limits and community rules. You are responsible for reviewing every approval-sensitive action and for correcting misleading or harmful output.
Enforcement
We may remove content, limit features, pause transactions, disconnect integrations, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, or report conduct when proportionate to the risk. Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate termination. Where appropriate, users may contact support@slobi.link to explain or appeal an enforcement decision.
Reporting abuse
Send the affected Slobi URL, a description, supporting evidence, and your contact information to support@slobi.link. Do not submit passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
